Web-Based Dashboard Drives Performance Improvement
(July 28, 2008) College Station, TX - Texas Digital Systems, Inc., announced an enhancement to their Vitals Dashboard product in the form of a new Web-based client that allows access to critical data from any Internet connection.
Web-based Vitals Dashboard streamlines the collection, processing and delivery of performance data and business alerts into a one-stop location for complete system status. Personalized dashboards display critical data as charts, graphs and other visually rich layouts to give each user the exact data they need in an easy to view format. Almost all the functionality of the thick-client application is included in the Web-based version to give users the power of Vitals Dashboard in a Web-based tool that that requires no software installation and virtually no desktop support or maintenance.
"Now more than ever, business managers need access to data quickly to proactively identify potential problems and make fact-based decisions to solve those problems," said Dennis Davidson, President and Chief Operating Officer of Texas Digital. "Our Web-based Vitals Dashboard is an efficient and economical tool that provides that access 24/7/365 from virtually anywhere in the world."
The Web Dashboard can be embedded in a company’s Intranet/Company Portal to provide seamless integration into existing infrastructure and security systems. Data can be accessed from any location with an Internet connection, including mobile devices with a Windows Mobile 5 or 6 browser, making it an excellent tool for remote agents or business travelers to access vital business information from home or on the road. And the enterprise-wide scalability of Vitals Dashboard makes it possible for companies to expand the system as needs increase.
